Terms of Service

1. All payments will be made through PayPal or e-transfer (Canadian only) after a basic sketch. No refunds.2. Do NOT use my art, final or otherwise, for generative AI, NFTs or reproduction.3. Reposting and using for profile/banner picture is fine. However, please credit me.4. The commissioner is not allowed to profit off of the commissioned art. Personal use of the art can include producing art prints, acrylic charms, etc. without the intent to sell.5. I will retain the right to reject a commission at any point before payment has been received and confirmed.6. The final work will be shared as a Google Drive file in a .png format.7. Additional complexity fees may apply at my discretion.Please feel free to contact me through any of my social medias for an updates on commissions or for questions.
